Horrifying parents and pastors for 40 years, the grandfather of shock rock, Alice Cooper, who paved the way for bands like KISS (Knights In Satan’s Service), Marilyn Manson and countless other demonic Luciferian bands reveals how the fear of hell turned him to God.

Many of Alice Cooper’s songs center on necrophilia, drugs, sex and alcohol abuse. He routinely chops up baby dolls on stage during his concerts in a mock ritualized Satanic child sacrifice and uses blood, gore and guillotines in his act, Despite continuing to record and tour with his theatrical horror show, Cooper confesses: “My life is dedicated to follow Christ.”

In a recent interview with the Hard Music Magazine, Vince Furnier, 66, who legally changed his name to Alice Cooper, spoke for the first time about his love for God.

Cooper claims that his lewd and at times perverse act always had a tongue in cheek “sense of humor” based on the horror film genre.

Despite clear indications of Satanic rituals and sacrifices in his act, he states he was always insulted when accused of being a Satanist.

He always believed in God, although was not committed to his faith until alcoholism led to a deep personal decline and threatened his marriage to his wife Sheryl.

They both attend a church led by a “hellfire pastor.” Cooper said his turn toward Christianity “initially (came) more out of the fear of God, rather than the love of God … I did not want to go to hell.
Being a Christian is something you just progress in. You learn. You go to your Bible studies. You pray,” he said.

Cooper intentionally has avoided becoming a vocal “celebrity Christian” because he claims “it’s really easy to focus on Alice Cooper and not on Christ. I’m a rock singer. I’m nothing more than that. I’m not a philosopher. I consider myself low on the totem pole of knowledgeable Christians. So, don’t look for answers from me.”

Without naming names, Cooper notes that he has spoken to many artists about his faith.

“I’ve had a couple of people that were friends of mine that I’ve talked to that have vocally said they have accepted Christ. I have talked to some big stars about this, some really horrific characters and you’d be surprised. The ones that you would think are the furthest gone are the ones that are more apt to listen.”

Songs on Cooper’s more recent recordings do reflect this and now sees his stage persona as “the prophet of doom,” telling people: “‘Be careful! Satan is not a myth. Don’t sit around pretending like Satan is just a joke.’ I think my job is to warn about Satan.

These days, “Any song promoting promiscuous sex and drinking gets the axe,” he said. “I’m very careful about what the lyrics are. I tried to write songs that were equally as good, only with a better message.”

To quell the harsh anger of his critics, mostly in the Christian community, Cooper has this to say, “‘I was one thing at one time, and I’m something new. I’m a new creature now. Don’t judge Alice by what he used to be. Praise God for what I am now.”

Good for you, Alice. Amen. As a musician myself, whose first real hero and inspiration was Satanist Jimmy Page, I can certainly relate.

I am certainly not a born again Christian or anything like that. I live a secular life, but I also serve the Lord. Jesus Christ is my savior, but I belong to no church or any organized religion of any sort because they have all been infiltrated at the highest levels by hypocrites, liars and Satanists.

My faith in God is strong, impervious. Sadly, I cannot say the same for any religion, especially those who preach hate, murder and ritual sacrifice.

Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead expose them – Revelation 2:9

In fact, my goal is to expose the hypocrisy of ALL organized religion and help to awaken humanity to many evils of the New World Order. Indeed, you can say, I am truly on a mission from God.
